Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Commercial Real Estate loan documents.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform liaison activities between Midland and its borrowers.
- Respond to borrower requests and maintain borrower information files.
- Monitor Midland’s proprietary website and address incoming funds.
- Handle collection activities, ACH setup and terminations, and address upcoming maturities and late charge waivers.
- Review customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting.
- Consult and advise customers, investors, and internal business partners to execute transactions.
- Review transactions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in risk mitigation activities.
