Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance
- BS degree in Systems Engineering, Program Management, or a related field
- 5-7+ years engineering or technical program management
- 5+ years managing complex engineering projects
- Experience working with USG customers, including those in technical and leadership positions
- Jira and Salesforce experience
- Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, GEOINT programs, and core technologies
- Ability to architect solutions by referencing customer requirements, technical capabilities, and product offerings across multiple portfolios
- Ability to travel <25%
Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent programs using JIRA and Salesforce as primary tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to program managers and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through close working relationships with cross functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Work with account leads and sales teams to create compelling and compliant solutions to capture new opportunities, either in response to government solicitations or white papers. Serve as a solution architect for key strategic initiatives. Ensure rigor in ROM, Solution (including the definition of core product) and Schedule
- Support the development and evaluation of new concepts and subsequently drive their implementation within engineering programs, ensuring they are integrated effectively into existing systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in Systems Engineering, Program Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management methodologies. PMP strongly desired
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously from a cost, schedule and technical perspective
- Experience with solutions that contain commercial capabilities as well as services offerings
