Requirements
- At least four years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
- Meaningful exposure to and passion for the MedTech sector
- Demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
- Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers
- Strong client and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA or MS/PhD/MD would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses and create models
- Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials
- Interact with client senior executives
- Manage deal processes
- Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
