Requirements
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Two to four years’ previous experience in food and beverage
- Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the In Room Dining, Mini Bar and Amenity program
- Provide leadership to all hotel Employees by embodying the Four Seasons Leadership Behaviors
