Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college and/or specialized training preferred.
• Experience with fraud transactions and accounts, credit, and process resolution preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional writing/oral communication skills.
• Results driven, customer focused, decisive, analytical, creative, agile, and possess technical literacy.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, drive for best results, and while minimizing risk to the company.
• Navigate multiple systems to conclude complex decisions.
• Communicate with internal and/or external business partners demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Maintain thorough, accurate and detailed customer contact notes as per established standard repeatable processes.
• Promptly answer inbound phone inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with A/R specialists and customers to resolve situations which cause un-reconciled payments.
• Provide suggestions, ideas, and feedback to the Leadership Team to support the evolution of processes and best practices.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
