Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Business Analyst-related occupation
- Advanced knowledge and high comfort level with SQL
- Data manipulation in R, Python, or a related tool
- Ability to translate complex analysis findings into a clear narrative and actionable insights to communicate to stakeholders
- Visualizing data for wide consumption with Tableau or a similar tool
- Building ETL pipelines
- AB test design, setup and analysis
Responsibilities
- Analyzes customer and sales data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights to decision-makers
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Constructs forecasts, and recommendations based on business data and market knowledge
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Works with stakeholders to design and interpret AB test results and build business cases for new projects and features
- Maintains dashboards and data pipelines in order to make data available to stakeholders
