Requirements
- BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing
- 5+ years healthcare sales or related experience required
- Must be available to travel up to 50%
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
Responsibilities
- Understand strategic position in industry and territory
- Establish long term goals in territory and develop annual and quarterly goals
- Manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Embrace Customer Relationship Management tools
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of specific markets
- Effectively leverage Sales Specialists and cross functional subject area experts
- Adapt to customer needs and buying process
- Convey information to customers clearly
- Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities
- Keep customer commitments and resolve customer problems
- Effectively manage internal sales process
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Manage external customer relationships through regular visits
- Translate benefits of solutions to customers
- Articulate how the EVM framework drives improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a team-based selling environment preferred
- Previous experience selling services is preferred
