Requirements
- A 4-year technical degree (or equivalent)
- 10+ years direct experience in sales and business development in a technology company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating revenue, winning new projects, and managing Tier 1 accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and business development activities for large North American Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM) accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships at both working and exec levels internally and with the customer
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Generate revenue and drive business growth by winning new design ins and managing existing business at large strategic accounts
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Line Management, R&D, FAE, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with customer roadmaps
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
- Secure customer order bookings and billings to meet quarterly business plan and AOP
