Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B content marketing roles, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience creating content across the buyer journey and ICP personas
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and tones
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content performance metrics, and AI-assisted writing tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Own development of clear, concise, and compelling content aligned to product capabilities and GTM goals
  • Produce and manage a content calendar with input from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Write content in multiple formats and tones, including web, blog, product one-pagers, case studies, and email
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on ICP messaging and product differentiation
  • Utilize AI writing tools and SEO research to optimize content performance and efficiency
  • Support GTM campaigns with channel-ready content that maps to full-funnel strategy
  • Track content KPIs such as engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion performance
  • Recommend new content formats and iterate based on performance and internal feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or payments industry
  • Demonstrated content impact on lead generation or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems
