Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules: General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Grants
- Experience with guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation
- Successful completion of three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials
- Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles
- Ability to provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
- Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
- Experience optimizing client’s technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge
- Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)
- 7+ years working in a related field, either in professional services or industry
- 3+ successful deployments of Oracle ERP Cloud Implementations
- Oracle Cloud Financials expertise in General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and Grants.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify and manage risk
- Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
- Devise solutions to support clients’ needs through using the latest tools and methods
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
- Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans
- Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
