Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of relevant work experience from top-tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or relevant experience in Tech (Strategy, Strategic Finance, and/or Operations role)
- Strong analytical skills: intermediate-to-advanced SQL capabilities (or proven ability to learn new coding languages quickly) and experience working with Google Sheets and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker)
Responsibilities
- Driving Regional Annual Financial planning together with Finance
- Setting Regional Priority and GTM strategy together with the Regional General Manager and the Regional Leadership team
- Spearheading some of the most critical initiatives across US & Canada, working cross-functionally with Operations and GTM teams
- Monthly report on Business Performance to the Global Leadership as well as deep dive analysis
- Acting as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the Regional General Manager of US & Canada

- Strong Problem Solving skills, self-starter with a can-do attitude able to see projects through from inception to conclusion with a high degree of independence
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of executing initiatives from planning to results
