Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities
- Represent Quality in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing meetings.
- Provide oversight for validation activities, including matrixed validation approaches, attribute inspections, and exception handling.
- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Product/Process Changes (PPCs), and validation documentation (URS/FRS, SDD, IOQ, PQ, etc.).
- Serve as Quality approver for simple to moderate systems.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity (DI) standards.
- Act as Quality approver on Change Control Boards.
- Facilitate and train others in quality systems such as non-conformance, change control, and risk management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve critical investigations and engineering changes.
- Serve as a role model for company values and behaviors.
