Production Manager

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety
• Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources
• Knowledge of human resources and talent management processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of production lines workers, assign tasks, provide coordination between different teams, ensure workers’ safety and monitor their performance to meet all production goals.
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety and quality standards; ensure all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards.
• Create reports and records of production processes and document performance issues; develop and maintain metrics communicating production status to production line workers; provide suggestions to improve safety, productivity and quality.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Rigging and crane operation certification or operator training experience.
• Electrical wiring and installation inspection experience or certifications.
