Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, IT, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in strategy, business management, finance, business operations, or business analysis
  • Previous experience managing monthly financial forecasts, monitoring spend, variances, and accruals
  • Previous experience managing performance dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure timely, data-driven insights across KPIs, financials, risk, and operations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive business improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with experience creating executive-level presentations and reports
  • Proven experience supporting project governance activities including strategic initiative tracking, SLA reporting, and PARs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and tracking of multi-year strategic roadmaps, annual goals, and key initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage business reviews (QBRs, BRDs), performance dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure timely, data-driven insights across KPIs, financials, risk, and operations.
  • Oversee headcount planning, resource utilization, and capacity forecasting to optimize workforce efficiency and support business growth.
  • Lead vendor governance including performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and cost/risk management; ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards.
  • Champion process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, team efficiency, and overall business management practices.
  • Manage monthly financial forecasts, monitoring spend, variances, and accruals. Review and validate large vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
  • Track and manage enterprise software license usage, renewals, and cost allocation.
  • Provide clear, actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions and cost optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or similar regulated industries
  • MBA
  • Some knowledge/understanding of IT infrastructure components, including data centers, storage, networks, and enterprise platforms.
