Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a high end restaurant server/restaurant service or related work
- Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable, expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
- Knowledgeable about all food and drink menu options and able to deliver detailed ingredients information and engaging descriptions
- Constantly learning to expand knowledge of food products and beverage products
- Assist with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess, take reservations and operate the Micros Operating System
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
