Sale Day Lane Captain

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to operate various types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
Basic automotive knowledge and ability to perform minor tasks like jump-starting vehicles.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Direct and coordinate the movement of vehicles before and during auction sale events.
Jump-start vehicles as needed to ensure operational readiness.
Assist Lot Specialists in spotting vehicles and identifying missing or misplaced units.
Communicate with Mobile Mechanics to address any immediate mechanical issues.
Ensure all vehicles are in the correct lanes and ready for sale at the scheduled time.
Locate keys and match them with corresponding vehicles to ensure accuracy.
Maintain communication with the Lot Manager to report status updates and escalate issues.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while operating or moving vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
