Manager Test Engineering 2

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or directly related STEM discipline with 8 years of engineering experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of engineering experience
Experience collaborating with teams and/project leadership
2 or more years of experience with leading individuals or projects
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with troubleshooting and interpreting electronic schematics
U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
Experience with standard Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Provide overall leadership and development to a team of approximately 12 Test Engineers with a diverse range of experience levels
Process owner of tests including bed-of-nails In-Circuit-Test, Flying Probe, and functional tests
Act as a technical focal point for key internal customers
Development of new test processes and procedures for electronics
Continue to optimize existing test processes for efficiency, repeatability, and overall process control
Perform as both a manager and direct technical contributor to key tasks
Champion continuous improvement throughout the engineering team
Identify capital needs and provide justifications
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap
Manage organization budgets for labor and expense
Transition of new products into production test environments
Support proposal activities as required

Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technologist degree
Direct people leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Advanced experience directly related to electronic circuit card design or test development
Test software development experience
Direct experience with Agilent ICT, Spea Flying Probe, DITMCO, Chroma or other similar test platforms
