Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred)
- 5-7 Years proven experience in social media, content development, digital marketing, or related field, with a focus on both brand awareness and demand generation.
- Experience managing social content, working with agency partners, and collaborating with brand teams.
- Background in social media strategy, digital marketing or social/digital/media agency experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes paid and organic social media strategies for T-Mobile Fiber, optimizing creative across various social platforms to inform tactics and creative executions, including channels, placements, visual and copy continuity.
- Leads the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns that drive measurable results aligned with business goals.
- Creates and manages content calendars that include organic, influencer and paid social creative.
- Builds campaign briefs that align with strategic goals and consumer insights to develop impactful social content.
- Analyzes and reports on campaign performance, tracking key metrics, front-end and back-end performance to refine social strategies.
- Collaborates with agencies, internal teams, and external brand partners to develop paid social creative.
- Stays up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in social media strategy, digital marketing or social/digital/media agency experience preferred.
