Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of all laws, rules and regulations pertaining to information technology, products projects, corporate real estates, payments operations and business lending management techniques and practices within the financial services industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of modern management techniques and practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of risk and portfolio management.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit risk management.
  • Current knowledge of national and local economic trends and condition.
  • Skill in the operation of personal computer and word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software with Intra/Internet access.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and public speaking skills; ability to effectively speak or present on controversial, complex topics.
  • Skill in establishing future business directions including developing long range plans impacting business success.
  • Skill in establishing, articulating, and modeling organizational vision and goals.
  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities, identify and evaluate alternatives, and develop sound, effective approaches.
  • Ability to use organizational financial statements to compare actual performance with projects in order to maximize resources to resolve key issues.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the achievement of goals, objectives, and work plans.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Lead the expansion and enhancement of our electronic services.
  • Ensure that our digital platforms are user-friendly, secure, and provide a seamless Member experience.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality business services that support our company’s operations and drive efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or closely related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience with operations at a financial institution, with at least five years’ experience at a senior management level.
