Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in either PAM or IGA, with a working knowledge of the other.
- Proven track record of delivering results in compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards (SOX, SOC, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience navigating matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives in PAM or IGA.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, processes, and controls aligned with SOX, SOC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to address and remediate findings.
- Oversee implementation of key tools and frameworks for governance, including metrics, reporting, and program maturity.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and influence at all levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals. Develop periodic goals, organize the work, sets short-term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
- Determine user requirements, plan projects, establish priorities and monitor progress.
- Provide input and support to budget management process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- Familiarity with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or equivalent platforms.
