Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing execution
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in conducting a variety of RFx and competitive bidding events
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, MBA) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sourcing events/RFx efficiently and in line with the functional area procurement and operations timeline
- Lead the execution of the end-to-end process from bidder identification through scoring and award recommendation
- Develop negotiation strategies, as appropriate for the goods or services being sourced
- Drive favorable terms and conditions into the contracting process and develop opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation through the sourcing and contracting processes
- Work cross-functionally to incorporate requirements from enabling functional areas including finance, sustainability, risk, technology, and impact

- Flexibility to work evenings and on weekends as needed
- Ability to adapt to changing timelines and to be able to reprioritize based on evolving category needs
