Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a content marketing role or branding/social media, and have worked in matrixed environments, with cross-functional partners
  • 3+ years of experience managing evergreen employer brand storytelling and recruitment marketing channels/contents such as career site, Linkedin Content & spotlight pages, etc.
  • Ability to create and execute on both global and regionalized talent brand strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, capable of influencing decisions and building consensus
  • Exceptional storyteller with experience creating content across formats (copy, video, visual, social, editorial)
  • Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Keynote (plus)
  • Experience in campaign strategy, performance tracking, and optimization through analytics
  • Passionate about talent brand, Belonging, innovation, and candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead Snap’s global, full-funnel Talent Brand and recruitment marketing strategy, driving awareness and high-quality candidate leads through compelling, data-informed campaigns
  • Own and champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) roadmap in partnership with Communications, Marketing, People, and other cross-functional teams to amplify our values externally
  • Lead storytelling and content strategy across recruitment marketing channels including the Snap Inc. careers site, Linkedin, Glassdoor, Builtin, and more
  • Partner with Recruiting and Communications to identify hiring priorities and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns (editorial, video, audio, paid media, and social) that attract talent early in the candidate journey
  • Track analytics and performance for talent brand and recruitment marketing efforts, using data to assess impact, uncover insights, and help recruiters and sourcers make informed decisions on where to target the right audience, which mediums to use, and how to craft compelling campaigns
  • Develop standout candidate-facing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, email/inmail templates, swag, recruiting videos, social templates, and editorial content
  • Support employer awards strategy in partnership with Comms and the People Team, managing submissions, messaging, and post-win amplification

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years working on content and design programs including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Keynote
