Requirements
- Sanitation qualified required.
- Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the safety engagement process, including giving I Care huddles, conducting area assessments, and addressing safety concerns with the Production Team Lead.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner, communicating unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to lead or operators immediately.
- Be actively engaged in safety, participate in safety programs, perform risk assessments, and demonstrate ownership and leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members.
- Provide foreign material inspection of all finished product prior to the packaging function, including removal of foreign material and timely notification of quality assurance.
- Provide inspection and removal of product possessing undesirable quality attributes, including defects, batter defects, misshapen units, clusters, batter balls, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
