Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP/ERP or Similar Material Resource Planning tool
- Experience supporting a Manufacturing Environment (or military equivalent)
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special Access Program within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflow for multiple programs and products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure customer schedule and requirements are met
- Create production work order documentation for release to the shop floor
- Assist in determining manpower required to meet schedule demands
- Work with materials planning to determine and schedule materials needed to cover production demand
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will be completed on schedule
- Identify potential issues or deal with current disruptions to minimize delays in the value stream
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Materials Purchasing, Program Management and other staff
- Revision Notice incorporation
- Creation and releasing of purchasing requisitions to Procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or other closely related area
- Current, active Secret clearance
- Experience in Materials, MRP, Production Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar role.
