Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical and/or sales (preferably with 1+ of those years in an internal recruiting capacity)
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other sourcing/scheduling/recruiting tools
- Strong time management, prioritization, and results-driven mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to create a candidate-centric recruiting experience
Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across different roles employing creativity to scour multiple channels for talent across operations, technical and non-technical roles
- Engage with candidates to create a positive experience at every step in the process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, onboarding, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring managers to improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate
- Leverage data and metrics to validate recruiting success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Be a culture leader and advocate for Zerocater and contribute to employer branding initiatives
