Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding business challenges and determining fit for PDI’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Follow up on inbound marketing-generated leads in a timely manner.
  • Support sales operations by assisting with data entry, quote documentation, or CRM hygiene during high-volume periods.
  • Generate or update reports and dashboards as requested by Sales or Sales Ops leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback on outreach campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales environments preferred.
