- Identify talented candidates by partnering with recruiting managers and hiring managers.
- Emphasize diversity and inclusivity in recruiting methods.
- Screen candidates to maximize the hiring team’s time.
- Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics.
- Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the hiring process.
- Nurture relationships with individuals and groups.
