Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen business acumen
- Passion for clothing
- Digitally savvy with social media and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in menswear or menswear retail environments
- Proven track record in retail management
- Ability to work on a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Manage store budget and expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a world-class experience
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team
- Lead regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and inspired
- Oversee daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and district/regional management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in menswear or menswear retail environments is a big plus
