Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients’ complex healthcare benefits challenges.
- Renowned expertise and industry reputation in the health & benefits field.
- Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
- Life & Health License.(must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Consult on a client engagement of variable complexity, supporting service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placements, benchmarking, and other studies, under the direction of a lead strategist.
- Understand the full scope of services provided to clients and delegate, set roles/responsibilities within the client team.
- Effectively communicate Mercer’s position on the latest industry trends to clients.
- Prepare and manage client reports and presentation deliverables, managing the timelines of tasks in accordance with project expectations.
- Present portions of deliverables to clients and prospects, demonstrating understanding of material.
