Requirements
- Three (3) plus years of relevant experience or combination of education, training and experience.
- Knowledge of web & mobile design.
- Proficient in Figma, with experience in other design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong typography, color, layout, and motion graphic skills.
- A rich portfolio of examples that demonstrates design expertise.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders, business and development teams to understand the opportunities/design problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business and development teams to design experiences that fill the user’s needs, work within business constraints, and can be delivered within the defined timelines.
- Support each step of the journey by creating wireframes, user journeys, user tests, and high fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to maintain a consistent look, feel, and seamless experience for the users as they move between different applications.
- Provide rationale and support for design decisions to team members and executives based on research, available data, and experience.
- Continue involvement with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, iterating and problem solving as needed.
- Provide design revisions and feature enhancements for existing applications.
- Enforce adherence to team design practices, pattern-libraries, style guides, and standards.
- Design components and assets for reuse across products and design tools.
- Contribute to and evolve the digital product design processes, tools, practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
