Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration with hands-on technical and leadership responsibilities.
- Proven expertise with EDI integration platforms, particularly OpenText Delta Liaison, including configuration, partner setup, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of EDI standards and protocols such as X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, and related communication frameworks.
- Strong experience with iPaaS tools like SnapLogic or equivalent, managing and supporting internal system integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration patterns, including IDoc, API, or flat-file-based interfaces.
- Ability to manage high-volume, business-critical operations across extended support hours and global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration strategy and execution across both external (EDI/B2B) and internal (application-to-application) domains.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in EDI protocols, data formats, and integration design, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange.
- Oversee and optimize integration architecture, ensuring it meets performance, reliability, and scalability expectations for a global operation.
- Manage daily integration operations for both SnapLogic and EDI platforms, ensuring continuous support for global processes across multiple time zones.
- Ensure timely onboarding and integration of customers, suppliers, plants, and logistics partners, balancing standardization with flexibility for unique business requirements.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools, workflows, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Enforce integration best practices, documentation standards, and data integrity protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to integration developers and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to understand integration needs, align priorities, and deliver robust solutions.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and service providers, ensuring alignment of technical and business expectations.
- Evaluate integration trends, tools, and frameworks to recommend platform improvements and modernization opportunities.
- Define and enforce integration governance, standard reusable templates, and scalable onboarding processes.
- Participate in architectural reviews and guide integration decisions across enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional integration platforms such as SAP CPI, IBM Sterling, or Boomi.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global enterprise environments.
