Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in managing strategic partnerships or alliances, preferably in a SI or MSP environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Snowflake, with an established network within this partner.
- Strong expertise in partner portal management, deal registration, funding oversight, and co-sell program execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Experience with a CRM (Preferably HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, such as Snowflake.
- Leverage your existing network to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, field sales teams partner success managers and solutions architects.
- Maintain an ongoing cadence with key contacts, and senior stakeholders inside the partner, including but not limited to Executive QBRs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of deal registration, ensuring accuracy and timely updates within our partner portal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maximize partner engagement.
- Oversee the allocation, tracking, and management of partnership funding.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify, execute, and optimize co-sell opportunities that drive revenue and mutual growth.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Blend360’s business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure cohesive and effective partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to design, implement, and refine partnership initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of strategic projects.
- Utilize proven project management methodologies to monitor ongoing progress on joint initiatives and address any roadblocks.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally (with marketing, solutions and business development teams) to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity, whilst still showing measurable results tied to revenue.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Comfortable presenting to Directors & C-Level execs.
