Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
  • 3 years of experience in SQL and Python to query and analyze datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to integrate AI/ML models into our partner assignment operations.
  • Design and build scalable, automated assignments processes and data governance to ensure our Partner Managers are always focused on the right partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Use advanced SQL and data analysis to proactively identify opportunities in our current segment GTM operations and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations to improve productivity and impact.
  • Act as a critical liaison between our business (frontline, segment GTM design) and technical (Data Science, BizTech, Engineering) teams to ensure our solutions are aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Present your findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Your ability to tell a compelling story with data will drive critical business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience of applying AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, classification, lead scoring) to solve business problems.
  • Experience building data models and automating reports/dashboards in a data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience in strategic planning, GTM, or business operations.
  • Ability to work on their own on project deliverables in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, business acumen and communication skills.
