Requirements
- High School Diploma (completed and verified prior to start) and Five (5) years of fall protection and/or safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and Three (3) years of fall protection and/or safety industry products experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current, valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for fall protection products
- Conducting product demonstrations, safety presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners
- Serving as the subject matter expert within the territory for fall protection standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ASSP, AGC), and best practices
- Collaborating with training, portfolio, activation, and technical teams to support key initiatives and product launches
- Maintaining accurate records of activities, opportunity pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5) years of safety or industrial sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience with fall protection product categories (anchors, harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, engineered system, rescue, confined space)
- Ability to captivate an audience while publicly speaking to large audiences
- Experience selling through industrial and construction distribution
- Experience selling PPE or industrial products to end-user companies
- Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work at heights
