Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with ERP Change Management – demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations, including Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics. Experience managing change impacts, aligning with system integrators, and tailoring strategies to platform-specific needs.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – a strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. Able to connect change management strategies to broader business goals and transformation outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Persona-Based Planning – skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, building change champion networks, and developing persona-based change plans that align with future-state roles and business processes.
  • Training & Communication Strategy Development – experienced in designing and executing training programs that address both system functionality and business process changes. Expertise in crafting communication strategies that drive adoption across global teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – experience working closely with ERP implementation partners, internal PMOs, and technical teams to integrate change management into project delivery. Comfortable contributing to governance, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
  • Storytelling & Content Development – executive presence and proven experience in generating key messages through data analysis, written & verbal. PowerPoint technical skills to create stories and develop executive level content.
  • Ability to translate and communicate risk topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years working in Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to identify and manage people advisory and organizational change transformation opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support clients’ needs through using the latest tools and methods.
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
  • Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PMP or similar strongly preferred.
