Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related STEM discipline with an additional 2 years of professional experience, OR a Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related STEM discipline
- Experience working with C#
- Code modification, debugging, and defect correction experience
- Experience with Git-based or other software configuration management tools
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, documentation and verification of test equipment software
- Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with designers and software engineers in the planning, design and development of test equipment
- Ability to determine test operator needs, analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls
- Contribute to problem solving and troubleshooting efforts of software integration activities
- Prepare operating instructions, design and development of compilers and Test Equipment GUIs
- Complete tasks according to schedule, budget, cost, and design objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software projects using Microsoft Visual Studio and development in C and Object Oriented C++/C#
- Experience with MATLAB
- Experience with source code control and issue tracking methodologies and tools
- Active Secret Clearance
