Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management or similar role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, platforms, or AI experiences.
  • Proven track record of driving strategy and leading without direct ownership, working across teams to influence direction and outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator who can distill complexity and influence across executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, analytical, and operationally minded. You’re comfortable shifting from vision to details and back.
  • Passionate about user experience. You care deeply about making software feel intuitive and helpful.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and helping teams stay focused and aligned.
  • Known for your drive and bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy across CXP focus areas by contributing insights, surfacing opportunities, and aligning across product leaders.
  • Synthesize external trends, customer feedback, and internal data into actionable product opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Support alignment of team to org strategy. Lead definition of CXP level objectives and key results, track progress, identify risks, and ensure follow-through across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the company to align priorities and accelerate the delivery of high-impact initiatives.
  • Own the highest-priority initiatives that require strong cross-functional leadership, ensuring clear goals, coordinated execution, and measurable impact.
  • Represent CXP’s strategy in executive forums, customer briefings, and cross-functional planning conversations.
  • Partner with Connected Experiences leadership team to drive clarity, focus, and follow-through across the organization.
  • Prepare clear, concise briefings and materials that support high-stakes decisions and executive discussions.
