Requirements
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and growth, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record in driving customer growth, revenue, and brand recognition through advanced digital marketing strategies.
- Strong experience leveraging AI, marketing automation, and MarTech tools to drive demand and optimize marketing performance.
- Experience leading integrated marketing strategies, including digital, product marketing, and GTM planning in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and programmatic advertising) and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics and predictive insights to guide strategy and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with experience managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong budget management experience, with a focus on maximizing ROI in complex industries with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a differentiated, AI-enhanced global marketing strategy to drive demand, acquire, and retain customers across multiple channels. Align closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support business objectives and the customer lifecycle.
- Lead a digital-first demand generation strategy, leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation to drive organic and paid lead generation across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing). Constantly optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
- Drive the integration of AI-powered tools and analytics into all marketing efforts, from customer segmentation and predictive insights to campaign automation and personalization, ensuring we are leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to create and execute an integrated GTM plan that supports both customer acquisition and retention, ensuring seamless alignment with the commercialization lifecycle.
- Continuously explore and test new revenue-generating marketing strategies, including emerging digital platforms, innovative partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer and market data to inform marketing strategies. Use this data to build actionable insights and personalized experiences for customers.
- Oversee the strategy for Inspectorio’s public-facing website, focusing on user-centered design and organic lead generation. Drive continuous improvement in inbound marketing efforts to capture and convert leads from various channels.
- Drive brand recognition and thought leadership through consistent messaging, innovative campaigns, and industry engagement. Position Inspectorio as a leader in the supply chain tech space through high-quality content, public relations, and key industry events.
