Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong self-directed team player with a bias for action and ability to have strategic influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Excellent experience in project management and ability to deal with multiple competing priorities
- Bias for action, execution and results
Responsibilities
- Assist in reporting and maintaining monthly and quarterly business metrics
- Assist the Head of the group in administration activities regarding team events, conferences, and meetings
- Help to drive growth in fee-based strategies by servicing Advisors, Associates and Branches with inquiries regarding fee-based programs
- Collaborate with various organizational groups internally and externally to ensure relationships are established and maintained
Preferred Qualifications
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)
- Bilingual in English and French
