Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS degree
- 2+ years change management or digital product management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of management and staff, with high impact and influence competencies
- Strong facilitation and presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Team player who works well in a collaborative process
Responsibilities
- Work with business and product members, project teams and functional partners to assess a program’s impact on people, process, and technology and to support training and communication partners to design and deliver on a holistic Go-to-market plan.
- Work closely with your partners and stakeholders to develop and manage change enablement initiatives for product and program teams, supporting other stakeholders such as product enablement, training and communications.
- Assess change readiness, monitor, and track the effectiveness of change management activities and deliverables through adoption metrics, and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
- Identify and prepare change influencers to ensure they understand and are prepared to execute their role during the change process.
- Support product and change enablement colleagues in providing Go-to-market plans, raising risks or issues promptly to program members, and sharing change management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management professional designation (e.g. Prosci)
- Experience with use of applications: Asana, Confluence and Mural
- Experience of digital environment preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to anticipate needs, be resilient in changing situations and support others to drive to successful outcomes
- Professionalism, initiative, enthusiasm, energy, and a focus on delivery
