Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostic radiology Required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in leadership Required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls, and manages all functions of one or more of the Imaging Departments.
- Coordinates and implements Imaging programs, policies and procedures and assumes the responsibility for ensuring that all programs meet hospital accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manages the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patient care is provided according to established standards of care and practice.
- Accountable for enabling patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
- Assumes accountability for managing the operational, financial, effectiveness and efficiency of the Radiology Department.
- Ability to lead employees on exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, health care administration or other related area Preferred.
- Radiologic Technologist Registration – ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire Preferred.
