Requirements
- BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and prepare summaries of detailed documents
- Prepare documents and contracts that are suitable for presenting to clients or that result in files that can be loaded into specific applications
- Have sufficient proficiency in the subject matter to be able to recognize when data is not consistent with what is expected and investigate and/or report the concern
- Be able to perform some of the calculations needed to assist with or prepare financial documents
- Document processes that include, but are not limited to workflow descriptions, standard operating procedures and training manuals related to PDL and supplemental rebate operations
- Track multiple documents that are routed to various stakeholders and ensure consistent, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Attend client meetings where details related to supplemental rebate and PDL related operations are discussed and provide input regarding contract/document management
- Prepare documents for signature by various parties including an understanding of the data elements that need to be incorporated
- Assist stakeholders with understanding the document workflow and educating them as needed
- Assist with manual quality assurance activities and manage details that fall outside of the usual workflow
- Align document management flow and timing to client specific procedures and protocols
- Participate in activities relating to the ongoing development of tools for the automation for the tasks described and be responsible for testing certain components
- Develop and participate in analysis of the activities related to supplemental rebates and related PDL operations, including developing reporting tools and key performance indicators
- Support internal and external state audit preparation and execution related to the work performed
- Develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with clients professionally and proactively respond to inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician is a plus
