Responsibilities
- Serve as a product ambassador, showcasing deep knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures’ products, competitive offerings, and market trends.
- Identify and propose data-driven opportunities to internal stakeholders to support business growth and product adoption.
- Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions (webinars, courses, presentations) to enhance product understanding and usage.
- Design and execute full-cycle research projects from methodology and survey design to field management, analysis, and delivery.
- Oversee the flawless execution of research initiatives from design through final reporting.
- Develop and share best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of research output.
- Design and implement customer surveys to gather actionable feedback on products, services, and experiences.
- Manage multichannel distribution strategies to ensure high engagement and participation.
- Oversee reward and incentive programs to encourage participation while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure survey objectives align with product and customer expectations.
- Communicate key findings and actionable feedback to suppliers to drive product improvements.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships that foster transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze survey and market research data using statistical tools to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- Present findings in a compelling and digestible manner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research to influence product development, marketing, and customer experience initiatives.
- Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communications across multiple levels of the organization.
- Translate complex data and insights into business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between research, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Create compelling presentations, reports, and summaries tailored to specific audiences and decision-making needs.
