Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 4 years’ experience in human resources or related area
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge HR best practices
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with change management and employee relations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to execute people and business strategies.
- Manage HR functions including compliance, employee relations, and professional development.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Support talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Mentor and guide associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team.
