Requirements
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Properties, Appraisals, Underwriting, Lending and Credit analysis
- Analytical mind and the ability to analyze a variety of data sources
- Relationship building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task with detail orientation and strong follow up skills
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills should at intermediate proficiency
Responsibilities
- Vetting real estate collateral for potential and existing PNC loans prior to ordering a third-party appraisal
- Cross-checking forward-looking developer proformas with existing market performance using industry leading data sources
- Forecasting future results including absorption, stabilized vacancy, market rent, rent growth, and concessions
- Conducting interviews of market experts, customers, brokers, leasing agents, and appraisers to get local views on the market
- Writing clear and concise summaries of data and analysis for conclusions/forecasts and presenting to senior loan committee
- Working on criticized asset valuations, reconciling appraisal findings to internal underwriting, and quarterly sector studies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and or an advanced degree plus 3+ years of related experience
