Requirements

  • 7+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Lead a critical treasury finance function, delivering cohesive and strategic presentation materials for senior-level committees and external reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Investor Relations, Regulatory Relations, and data providers—to ensure timely, accurate, effective, and governance-compliant deliverables.
  • Advise senior leadership on content strategy and support the BSIRRM team across a range of topics including market trends, regulatory developments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and risk control enhancements by providing technical insights and recommending best practices.
  • Implement key risk initiatives and lead critical processes within a robust risk management framework.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to resolve issues and achieve strategic goals.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing deep knowledge of treasury functions, policies, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of financial institution balance sheets, risk areas, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial performance analysis.
  • Proven experience managing high-governance financial analytics and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience with executive-level written and verbal communication.
  • Expertise in risk management disciplines such as model risk, operational risk, and financial risk.
