Experience with Microsoft Office suite tools with emphasis on excel
Power BI experience a plus
Domo experience a plus
Ability to work with ambiguity and limited guidance
Ability to transform raw thoughts into clear and concise communications/instructions
Ability to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of designs (scalability, latency, security, performance, data integrity, etc.)
Ability to recognize complexity and create predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts
Ability to drive execution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery across multiple teams and integrations
Clear and concise verbal and written communication

Build and maintain all aspects of reporting within Power BI to support current and future use cases
Leverage data & dashboards to quickly identify Product performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans
Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Monitor data quality to drive reporting accuracy
Partner with stakeholders to ensure data quality
Work with leadership to prioritize, define, and execute new system capabilities
Build, implement, and document standardized processes to facilitate optimal performance
Participate in key tasks associated with technical accounting analysis
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance as required
