Responsibilities
- Monitor the group email inbox daily to ensure all internal and vendor inquiries are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify and execute account consolidations for improved billing efficiency and service management.
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) department to ensure all telecom invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Address all past due and disconnect notices immediately to prevent service interruptions and maintain account standing.
- Collaborate with the parsing team to ensure invoices are parsed accurately and reflect correct charges, services, and formats.
- Ensure accounts are properly set up in the Telecom Expense Management platform, including updating billing codes and configuring portal access.
- Proactively collect monthly telecom invoices (wireline, wireless, internet, cloud, etc.) from various vendors and portals (as required)
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal departments regarding telecom services and related inquiries.
- Work closely with provisioning and inventory team members to identify and resolve any billing issues or concerns related to service changes or discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in the Telecommunications field
- Experience with Client Account Management and Project Management
- Strong Organizational skills (Time management, ability to handle multiple projects and manage multiple deliverables)
- Experience in Expense management software applications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, and Teams)
- Extremely detail oriented and analytical
- A Positive can-do attitude with the ability to mentor and lead a project involving multiple team interfaces, both internal and external
