Requirements
- 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical experience design assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in experience design.
- Lead or execute communication-based initiatives and activities
- Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
- Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Experience working with brand standards and application
- Experience working with typography and page layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take text and/or data, distill for key points, and creatively display information
- Knowledge of how to tell a story from a sales perspective
- Experience working with sales and leadership
- Familiarity with Treasury Management product and services if possible
- Practice and confidence with analyzing a process and streamlining where applicable
