Requirements
- Bachelor’s with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; 0 – 2 years of experience
- Beginner knowledge of banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- MS Office proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial tools, reports, and processes in support of the Firm’s forecast and annual operating plan process in collaboration with line of business leaders
- Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, which include key performance metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and commentary
- Develop clear and concise presentations for executive management and senior leadership
- Support development of the Bank’s strategic initiatives around corporate development, M&A, strategic finance and capital initiatives
- Support potential corporate development opportunities (e.g. by providing financial statement analyses, financial modeling, and returns analyses)
- Develop clear, concise written summations of complex analytical work
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested
